LSW was founded by Lili, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist in 2018. Through her practice she found that the regular repetition of positive actions and habits had a profound impact on her clients improvement. “I had noticed how the smaller actions and habits, slowing down and becoming more present helped me far more than any bigger or grander acts.”
